Open Spaces Tour

Interested in starting or expanding your business in Downtown Brookings, or just feeling curious? Join us for a walking tour of available commercial spaces in our neighborhood.

This guided tour will spend a few minutes in about ten different locations to give you a peek at rental spaces, while sharing important information like lease terms, availability date, and rent cost. There is no cost to attend.

Downtown Brookings and Brookings Economic Development will be available to share resources on business growth and answer questions about the community.

Next tour: April 27th from 10-12 p.m. We will start at 503 Main Ave.
